Hey guys! Have you tried my new and improved recipe for my chocolate dipped #vegan vanilla #glutenfree donuts yet? ⁠👀

In case you haven’t, I’ve placed the recipe below!⁠⠀

Not only are they super easy to make but they are also really delicious!⁠⠀

.⁠⠀
Donut Recipe: (makes 12)⁠⠀

.⁠⠀
1 Cup + 2 Tbsp GF Oat Flour (sub any gf flour blend)⁠⠀
2 Tsp Baking Powder⁠⠀
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda⁠⠀
2 Tsp Arrowroot Powder (sub potato starch) ⁠⠀
1/4 Tsp Salt⁠⠀
1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract⁠⠀
1/2 Cup Coconut Sugar (sub brown sugar)⁠⠀
1/2 Cup Vegan Vanilla Mylk⁠⠀
1 Tsp Lemon Juice⁠⠀
2 Tbsp Light Flavoured Oil (coconut, grape seed, etc)⁠⠀
1 Tbsp Vegan Yogurt (sub apple sauce) ⁠⠀

Directions:⁠⠀

1. Pre-heat oven to 350 D F and grease your donut molds.⁠⠀
2. In a large bowl combine wet ingredients until smooth.⁠⠀
3. In another bowl combine dry ingredients.⁠⠀
4. Slowly add dry to wet ingredients and combine until smooth.⁠⠀
5. Using a piping bag or a spoon fill your donut molds.⁠⠀
6. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes. This will depend on your molds. I used silicone molds which typically require more time.⁠⠀
7. Remove from oven and let cool in pan.⁠⠀
8. Once cool transfer to a cooling rack.⁠⠀
9. Prepare your glaze⁠⠀
10. Place a baking sheet under the drying rack.⁠⠀
11. Dip donuts in glaze and place donuts on the drying rack. Allow the extra glaze to drip on the baking sheet below.⁠⠀
12. Let dry⁠⠀
13. Enjoy!⁠⠀

Chocolate Glaze Recipe:⁠⠀

1 Cup Vegan Powdered Sugar⁠⠀
3 Tbsp Cocoa Powder⁠⠀
2 Tsp Vanilla Extract⁠⠀
1 – 2 1/2 Tbsp of Vegan Vanilla Mylk (I used Oat)⁠⠀

Simply whisk all ingredients together until smooth. Add more mylk if necessary, but start small! You want the glaze to be thick so you can get these awesome cracks.⁠⠀
