Here’s the final product. I made my own rice noodles then made Pad Kee Mao using recipes by @woon.heng and it was delicious. Note, it is hard making noodles. For some reason I thought this would be easy. 🤣 It wasn’t. But, if you have the time (like hours) and want fresh rice noodles give it a try! It also helps to have a scale to measure the ingredients because it really does need to be precise. I had to throw away the first batch. The noodles are made of tapioca starch, rice flour, and water. I also gave up trying to make them perfect.
