Here’s my recipe for a Tofu Scramble.⁠

Healthier than scrambled eggs and just as easy to make.⁠

Ingredients:⁠

? One block of drained and pressed firm tofu⁠
? 1 small sweet onion, diced⁠
? 1 small green bell pepper, diced⁠
? 1 clove of minced garlic⁠
? 1 tsp turmeric⁠
? 1/2 tsp smoked paprika⁠
? 1/4 tsp salt⁠
? Pinch of cayenne pepper⁠
? Pinch of freshly ground black pepper⁠
? Pinch of Himalayan black salt⁠

Directions:⁠

1️⃣ Crumble the tofu using the back of a fork.⁠

2️⃣ Heat the frying pan over medium heat. When the pan is hot, add the onion, bell pepper and garlic and saute until soft (approx 2-3 minutes).⁠

3️⃣ Add the crumbled tofu and spices to the pan. The Himalayan black salt will give it an egg taste. But don’t use too much Himalayan black salt. It’s super strong. Cook for 2-3 minutes.⁠

4️⃣ Serve it with your choice of garnishes. That could be salsa, avocado, hot pepper sauce, green onions, etc.⁠
