Here they are… the very long awaited 🧸 🍪WHITE BEAN TAHINI BLONDIES🍪 🧸 !! (V, GF)
This is my very first original recipe so I wanted to make it as amazing as possible and not to toot my own horn but… these are pretty life-changing🥳 I’ve seen sooo many variations of chickpea blondies, but they’ve always been too dry for me. So, I wanted to try and switch it up with this even more moist AND higher protein version!! If I were you, I’d try these out RIGHT NOW and lmk how they are!!😙
-preheat oven to 350 deg. Fahrenheit
In a food processor or blender add wet ingredients:
-1 15.9 oz can of northern white beans drained and rinsed
-1/4 c coconut sugar 🥥
-1/4 c maple syrup 🍁
-2 tsp vanilla extract (but who rly only adds 1 tsp)
-2-3 tbsp almond milk 🥛
-2 tbsp tahini 🍯
-1 tbsp coconut oil 🌴
Blend these together and add in the dry ingredients:
-1/2 c almond flour
-2 tbsp coconut flour
-1/2 tsp baking powder
-1/4 tsp salt
-blend once more until smooth and silky
– fold in 1/2 c dairy free chocolate chips of preference (optional but HIGHLY recommended) 🍫
-pour into a greased or parchment paper lined pan and (optional) swirl on some extra tahini and optional hemp seeds (these don’t do anything lol they just look pretty)
-bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top
-cool for 10-20 minutes if you can wait that long
