Bowls are one of my go to meals ✨ they are honestly so versatile, chuck everything you have in your fridge kinda thing 😏🤭💖
Never get bored cuz you can always switch up the ingredients in them:
Keep it fresh in the summer with chopped cucumbers, rice noodles, avo, tofu and kimchi or switch it up for a warm bowl with roasted root veggies, sweetpotato, tahini and curried beans…. the possibilities are endless 😌💋 just make sure you include all the macro nutrients to make sure you are fueling your body right! Eat the rainbow 🌈
