Herby mushroom pasta 😍 Recipe is below ⬇️

I absolutely love mushroomy pasta and am always making variations of this dish. This one is Rigatoni in a creamy dill and thyme sauce. Honestly so so good 🤤

Plus I finally found a perfect way to use my dill! It paired so well with the thyme in this creamy sauce, bringing a nice amount of freshness to what would be considered quite a stodgy meal otherwise.

Anyway, here is the recipe…

Ingredients
2 portions of pasta
1 onion
1 garlic clove
3 tbs cream
1 tbs olive oil
1 tbs freshly chopped dill
1 tsp freshly chopped thyme
1/2 stock cube

1. Chop the onion, slice the mushrooms and mince the garlic.

2. Boil 2 portions of pasta, reserving the water for later.

3. Whilst the pasta cooks, add the onions and garlic in pan with the oil on a medium-low heat until they’re soft and golden.

4. The put the mushrooms in the pan with the herbs and cook for 5-10 minutes.

5. Dissolved the stock cube in 1 cup of the reserves pasta water. Then pour the over the mushrooms. Also add in the cream at this point as well.

6. Let the sauce simmer until it because all creamy. Have a taste and season with salt and pepper if you need to.

7. Mix in the pasta and enjoy!
