Have you ever eaten udon noodles? They’re really thick and deliciously chewy. Well; this was my first time eating them, and they’re really good.

This super quick and easy *vegan* soy sauce udon noodle recipe (by @thefoodietakesflight – if you’d like to try it) only took about 10-15 minutes to make using pre-cooked organic udon noodles by @anniechunsinc.

Only a few ingredients are needed to make these flavorful noodles: soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sesame seeds, and a little maple syrup to add a hint of sweetness. You can also add in some baked tofu slices (as the recipe states) for an addition of protein..
