💚Heathy Rolled Vegan French Toast💚

This rolled up Vegan French toast is super easy and very tasty. Depends in on intake, you can adjust little things like type of bread, what filling you use etc.

Ingredients
– 2 bananas
– 2 Tbls Peanut butter (I used @byronbaypeanutbutter crunchy peanut butter)
– 1 loaf of bread (I used low GI bread)
– 1-1/2 scoop of @pranaon natural mass peanut butter cookie dough protein powder
– 1/2 cup of Almond milk
– 1 tsp vanilla essence

Cut all of the edges off of each slice of bread. Roll each slice of bread until
It is thin and easy to roll

For the filling, Mash the bananas in a bowl and then mix in the peanut butter and protein powder with a spoon.

Grab a slice of bread, spread the filling with a knife and roll up. Do this for all of the slices of bread.

In a seperate bowl, put almond milk and vanilla essence

Dip the rolled up bread and put it straight into a frying pan. Cook on all sides until golden brown and they are ready to serve.

To make these more of a treat you can roll them in cinnamon and sugar afterwards, however we use there for breakfast and so we wanted to make is as yum and healthy as possible.
