Healthy Vegan gluten free crepes!

Crepe Recipe:
2 tbsp of oat flour
4 tbsp of buckwheat flour
3/4 tbsp of tapioca four
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp of oil
1/2 tbsp of maple syrup
1 cup of almond milk (add more if too thick)

Fillings and toppings:
Peanut butter
Jam
Berries
Banana
Maple syrup

Method:
Mix all ingredients together, pour 1/4 cup of batter onto hot pan and swirl to cover pan, cook for one minute then flip and cook for another minute.
