HEALTHY VEGAN BROWNIES
So I tried out MANY different vegan brownie recipes the past year and I must say that this one is by a mile my favorite. Clocking in at around 120 calories and 8 grams of protein per serving which makes it so healthy! Okay the oreo on top doesn’t really add to the healtyness of the brownie but I couldn’t resist it. It’s fairly easy to make and cruelty free! Let’s do it:

INGREDIENTS:
– 50 gr vegan chocolate spread @sovegansofinenl
– 250 gr plant based yoghurt @alpro
– 125 ml oat milk
– 30 gr chocolate protein powder @orangefit.nl
– 50 gr flour (sub with almond flour for gluten free option)
– 6 gr baking powder
– 40 gr cacao powder
– 2 tbsp agave/maple syrup
– Mini oreo cookies

RECIPE:
1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celcius.
2. In a bowl mix together the yoghurt and vegan chocolate spread.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients except for the oreo’s
4. Pour the mixture into a lined baking tin and add the oreo’s on top.
5. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes
6. Cool completely before slicing
7. ENJOY!
