📋INGREDIENTS:⠀
For the base:
1 cup buckwheat or coconut flour ⠀
1/2 cup maple syrup ⠀
1/4 cup coconut oil

method:
In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients and mix until well combined. Then in a baking tray with foil, add the mix evenly about 1-2cm thick. Add to freezer.⠀ .
For the peanut butter layer:
1 cup peanut butter (we used sweet original peanut butter) ⠀
1/2 cup maple syrup ⠀
1/3 cup crushed peanuts

In a bowl mix peanut butter and maple syrup together until combined smooth. Add evenly over the bottom layer and sprinkle the crushed peanuts over the top and press down softly into the peanut butter mix. Add the freezer to set for 4 hours.

For the chocolate layer:
1/2 cup cacao powder ⠀
1/2 cup coconut oil ⠀
1/3 cup maple syrup ⠀
pinch of salt

method
Melt all ingredients together in a bowl over a double boiler on stove. While melting, cut your frozen slice into snickers bar rectangular shapes. One by one dip it into the melted chocolate and until all are coated evenly, then set on a plate. Repeat for all the bars. Place in the freezer for 1 hour. Enjoy!
