Healthy lunches be like… Roasted Cauliflower with a side of gorgeous Kale
How to create
?Slice your cauliflower. Now there is a trick to cutting the cauliflower to create these steaks. Trim the leaves and keep the stalk on the end to keep the cauliflower as a whole. Now slice it down the middle and then from each half cut it in half again. I usually go for 4 slices from 1 cauliflower.
?Drizzle Olive Oil and put in a pan to sizzle for 5 minutes turning once
?Then transfer to an oven dish and crack on some salt and pepper and add some crushed ginger with an other drizzle of olive oil.
?Pop into the oven at 180 degree celsius for 15 minutes
?Now for the kale. Chop it up and wash and dry it well. Remember to take out those big stalks.
?Massage the kale with olive oil and add some salt and pepper and fry off for about 5-7 minutes. You can use the same pan you used for the cauliflower (less washing up! ?)
