healthy homemade vegan (breakfast) cinnamon rolls? yes please!

this is my first time making these and they were soooo good

INGREDIENTS DOUGH
1 cup almond milk
3 tbsp maple syrup
a splash of vanilla
3 cups of self rising flour

INGREDIENTS FILLING
1/3 cup of a vegan oil (coconut or any other one you like, i used alpro butter that’s suitable for baking)
1/2 cup coconut sugar (this doesn’t taste like coconut 🙂 )
3 tbsp cinnamon

HOW TO:
1. combine all your ingredients for the dough
2. roll out your dough on a floured surface
3. spread your cinnamon mixture on top of it
4. roll it up
5. cut into even pieces of +/- 5 cm
6. add to a glass/heat resistant baking dish
7. put in the oven for 30 mins at 180°C/360°F
8. enjoy!
