INGREDIENTS:
?2 cups rolled oats,
?1 cup coconut flour,
?1/2 cup coconut flakes,
?3 tbsps cocoa powder,
? 4tbsps mayple syrup/ add according to sweetness preference,
?1 can coconut cream- tip refrigerate from before and use solid parts at top of can rather than watery part,
?Optional- 2 tsps dark rum/ 3 tbsps orange juice. To make them more soft since oats tend to absorb the moisture.

To make the balls:
? Place the oats in a hand blender until they are well ground,
?Place the ground oats in a large bowl, add in the coconut flour and cocoa powder and mix well,
?Next add the coconut cream and mayple syrup and mix with hands, add and subtract the dry and wet ingredients according to need, the consistency should be firm enough to make a ball easily,
?On a flat plate pour the coconut falkes and roll each ball formed onto the coconut flakes to cover them,
?Repeat for all the balls and refrigerate until coconut balls are more firm. Enjoy
