⁣Healthy chocolate chip cookie dough bites ~ ⠀

⁣These no-bake energy bites are so simple to make and are vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian. They are perfect to store in the fridge and are ready in under 30 mins! ⠀

Recipe ⁣Ingredients:⠀
2 c. almond flour⠀
1 c. shredded coconut ⠀
4 tbsp. pure maple syrup⠀
2 tsp. vanilla⠀
1 tsp. salt⠀
1 tsp. melted coconut oil ⠀
2 tbsp. milk of choice ⠀⠀
3 tbsp. cacao nibs or mini chocolate chips⠀

⁣Instructions:⠀
1. In a medium bowl, combine almond flour and shredded coconut flakes. Mix with a spoon⠀
2. Add maple syrup, vanilla, salt, coconut oil, and milk. Mix again until the mixture begins to stick together. ⠀
3. Fold in cacao nibs (or chocolate chips) by hand.⠀
4. Scoop a tablespoon-sized ball of “cookie dough” and roll into a ball. This part gets pretty sticky. Repeat with the remaining “cookie dough.”⠀
5. Refrigerate cookie dough bites at least 20 mins before serving.⠀
