Hazelnut chocolat bars

This one is for my low carb, keto friends. And for anyone who loves chocolate and hazelnut combo! Think rocher but better ?
Takes 10min to prep and they are perfect with a cup of coffee.

Ingredients

@pb2foods powder Peanut butter chocolate flavour 2tbsp
Lindt chocolate 70% 1 bar (100g)
Maple syrup 1/4 cup
@pb2foods peanut protein 2 scoops
Cocoa Powder 25g
Hazelnuts 1/2 cup (toasted and grounded)
Coconut oil 1tbsp
Pinch sea salt

Melt the chocolate with the oil. Add the syrup and hazelnuts. Mix the powder peanut butter with the cocoa and add water until you have a creamy consistency. Add to the chocolate mix. Finally add the protein powder and a pinch of salt.
Combine everything to get a thick paste.
Press in a silicon tray and freeze for at least 1h.
Cut in 10 bars.
