Haven’t cooked for a long time, that’s why there were no posts!
I was in Holland with family & friends, and I literally cooked only once.
My father is a professional chef, so imagine how spoiled I was in Holland 🙊..
Now I’m back in Turkey, I’ll start again.
Tomorrow I’ll go back to the office (after long time) and I’m ready for work!
Therefore I baked some fresh breakfast oatmeal-cookies.
This is my new recipe and I love them 😍.

What do you need?
1. 1/2 cup of coconut oil.
2. 1/4 cup of molasses.
3. 1 cup of (any kind) flour.
4. 1 teaspoon of baking soda.
5. 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon.
6. Some raisins.
7. 1 tablespoon of chia seeds.
8. 1 tablespoon of flax seeds.
9. 1 tablespoon of poppy seeds.
10. 1 cup of rolled oats.
———————————————————
Preheat the oven on 175 degrees Celsius.
Get a big bowl and add all ingredients (mentioned above) in the bowl.
Mix it gently with a whisk or fork.
Lay a parchment paper on an oven tray.
Use your hands to form around 7-8 cookies.
Place them on the parchment paper.
Bake them in the middle of the oven for 10 -12 minutes.
Switch the oven off and flip the cookies very gently.
Let them rest in the oven for 10 more minutes.
When done, take them out of the oven and let the cookies fully cool down.
🍪✨❤️
