Have you ever thought of making a tasty healthy curry free from oil ( no butter ). Today we are going to help you with such recipe. The recipe is none other than #rajma masala .
-rajma 1 cup
-garlic 6 cloves
-onions 4 medium size
-tomatoes 4 medium size
-cinnamon 1 stick
-bay leaf 2
-besan flour 1 spoon
-Cut onions and tomotoes and blend them in mixer with ginger ,garlic , 2 chillies by adding water.
-Now add half amount of salt to this and pour this into pressure cooker , add soaked rajma (soak rajma for 8 hours at least ), add bay leaf and cinnamon stick and let these mixture cook for 5 whistles in cooker by adding water.
-Now lets prepare masala mixture for curry , for this add one spoon of chilli powder, one spoon of garam masala , one spoon jeera powder , kasuri methi 2 spoon and besan one table spoon ( earlier measurements are tea spoons). Mix all these ingredients in small bowl and set aside.
-Once the cooker depressurised add 2 chopped chillies and masala mixture to it and let it boil for five minutes . Let water evaporate as per consistency you like. Decorate with mint or coriander leaves.
