Hasselback Garlic Potatoes with Red bell pepper sauce using all ingredients from @kedaisayurcom #SayurnyaDianterAja #dirumahaja

* Hasselback Garlic Potatoes
– 4 medium russet potatoes
1/3 cup olive oil + 1 tbsp for baking
1/2 tsp black pepper
3/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp basil
3 garlic cloves , grated
2 tbsp parsley
1. preheat oven 200C
2. drizzle 1 tbsp olive oil in baking pan
3. wash potatoes, slice thin but dont over cut
4. in low heat medium pan cook the olive oil, salt, black pepper, basil, grated garlic. cook until garlic transculent
5. put HALF of the cooked mixture to the sliced potatoes. bake the potatoes in 30 mins
6. bring out from oven, put the remaining HALF mixtures to the potatoes and bake again ’till your preference. (i bake it again on 30 mins)

Redbellpepper sauce :
3/4 cup raw cashew (soaked first in 30mins)
3 medium red bell peppers
4 garlic cloves
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
half lemon
pinch salt and black pepper
1/4 cup water
1. bake the red bell peppers in 20
2. remove the stem, core, cut them into strips and small
3. blend them together.
