Happy Sunday! And it’s time to recipe 🤗
It was quite difficult to choose the recipe of the previous week as two recipes finally same popular 😅
Thanks a lot for your activity under my posts 🙏🏻

So…. I decided to post both recipes 😅 today it will be the most commented 🥳 and it’s HOMEMADE GLUTEN-FREE BREAD WITH YOUNG CABBAGE AND SESAME SEEDS TOPPING💚

I am happy to share the recipe inspired from @valeria_ecolife 🙏🏻
РЕЦЕПТ НА РУССКОМ – ЛИСТАЙТЕ ВПРАВО ▶️

Ingredients:
– 150 gr of back-weal, to soak overnight
– 50 ml of water
– 1 tbs of liquid sweetener
– 1 tbs of apple vinegar
– 2 tbs of olive oil( 1 for the batter and 1 for the topping)
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp soda
– 1 tbs of psilium
– 200 gr young cabbage leafs and you favorite herbs(parsley, coriander)
– Sesame seeds
Direction:
1. To drain overnight soaked backward from the water and mix in blender with all the ingredients till creamy texture
2. Take out from the blender and keep aside for 5-10 min, it gives psilium time to work as a binder
3. Meanwhile preheat oven to 180°
4. To cut cabbage and mix with herbs and a pinch of salt
5. Bread batter will be sticky, so it’s better to use well oily baking paper or silicon tray. 1/2 of batter will go for the top, and the rest – for the base.
6. To spread out the base with wet fingers. To put from above the batter the cabbage and accurately cover with the top batter. Season with olive oil and sesame seeds.
7. To bake about 30 min till golden-brawn color and let to cool a little.
