Happy National Nachos day! 🌶

A massive thanks to @veganyaaa for creating this amazing Jackfruit Chilli to celebrate #nationalnachosday !

Ingredients and instructions:
Jackfruit chili:
1 red onion, finely chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
500g @jacknchillfoods pulled jackfruit
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 can black beans, drained
2 cans chopped tomatoes
3 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp cumin
1 1/2 tsp paprika
2 tbsp agave syrup
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 1/2 cups of water + 1 vegetable bouillon cube
Salt & Pepper

1. Heat the fan oven on 200 degrees
2. Heat some olive oil in a large pot and add the onion and garlic and fry for 5 minutes, then add the pulled jackfruit and fry for another 5-10 minutes
3. Add all the spices, tomato paste and cacao powder and sauté until fragrant
4. Add the black beans, kidney beans, chopped tomatoes, bouillon water and agave syrup and let it all simmer for 20 minutes
5. Put the nachos on an oven tray and add some of the chili on the nachos and top with grated @violife_foods cheddar cheese and black olives and put in the oven
6. Remove the nachos dish from the oven once the cheese has melted and serve with Oatley fraiche, guacamole, salsa and a few @granluchito Serrano and Jalapeños chillies. Enjoy!
