These vegan pops hit the spot post 🏃♀️ post playground or whenever you need a little boost ⚡️
Here’s how to make them:
2 🥝 peeled
8 oz 🥥 water
1 cup cubed 🍈 melon
1 tsp 🍋 zest
1/8 tsp sea salt
1 tsp sugar
1. Add one 🥝 to the blender; slice the other into 6 thin wheels and set aside.
2. Add remaining ingredients to the blender and combine until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a large measuring cup with a spout.
3. Place 1 slice 🥝 into each pop mold. Pour the melon mixture evenly into each pop mold and transfer to the freezer. Freeze 5-6 hours or overnight.
4. To unmold, run the pop briefly under warm water, remove and enjoy😋
