‘Happy Feelings’🤗🤗🤗 Wrapping up the wraps with a Spinach Veggie Wrap topped with Greek Tofu Pasta Salad!! Yep it’s a lot of stuff going on here, maybe I’m overcompensating for something 🥴…Anyhow…this is some GOOD Stuff!!
Where do vegans get their protein😯….from PLANTS!!! This dish shines with red quinoa, spinach, and tofu all are excellent sources of protein.
1 cup of bell mushrooms
1/2 cup of onions (diced)
1 sweet pepper (diced)
1 Roma tomato (diced)
2 tbsp. fresh garlic (minced)
2 cups spinach
2 tbsp.of olive oil
1 tsp.of apple cider vinegar
1 cup of cooked Quinoa
Spinach Veggie wrap
Season with: Himalayan Pink Salt, black pepper, & oregano
1. Stir Fry all ingredients except quinoa, add spinach and tomatoes the last three minutes of cooking
2. In the wrap add quinoa first, followed by stir fried ingredients. Wrap & Enjoy!
