HALF BAKED COOKIE DOUGH BROWNIES! 🍫 😍

🍴🍴INGREDIENTS:

•Brownie base
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup cacao powder
2 flax eggs
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
3/4 cup chopped vegan chocolate
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup peanut butter
•For the Cookie Dough:
2 Tbsp coconut flour
1 cup almond flour
3 Tbsp Melted coconut oil
3 Tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp nut milk (or as needed)
1/4 tsp sea salt
chocolate or chips (optional)
•Chocolate coating:
1 vegan salted caramel chocolate bar
1 tsp coconut oil

INSTRUCTIONS:
•Melt chopped chocolate & coconut oil together until smooth. Then add in the peanut butter & remaining wet ingredients. Stir in the dry.
•Spread into the pan evenly & bake for 20-22 minutes or until set. Remove & let cool completely.
•Blend all cookie dough ingredients in a food processor until dough consistency. Spread on top of brownie layer.
•Melt coconut oil & chocolate bar together until completely smooth. Pour over cookie dough layer. Then “salt guy” that sea salt 😁
