GUT HEALTH OAT BOWL 🍯🥄
A big focus for me right now is taking care of my gut! I read the ‘gut-brain connection’ on Harvard during one my insomniac nights & went into a deep dive into it & some the results made so much sense! Definitely recommend a read if you fancy it ✨
Back to the bowl, I used @thegoodguru vanilla protein in this [pr product]. I definitely don’t think protein is essential to porridge but I find it makes it so much more filling + adds some sweetness. This one had everything I want from protein: non-artificial tasting & not too grainy which was perfect!
• 50g oats
• 220ml almond milk
• 1 scoop [30g] @thegoodguru vanilla protein powder [pr product]
• 1 tbsp @nushfoods almond yogurt [mixed in at the end]
Toppings: strawberries, @skinnyfoodco cookie dough peanut butter [pr product] & @spooncereals gut loving granola [pr product] 🍓
