Happy Monday! I’m always more motivated to be healthy on Mondays. What about you?

And as much as I love Indo-Chinese food, not all of it is healthy. 😅 I love to balance out a deep fried Manchurian with a simple, healthy veggie stir fry. This is one of my go to recipes! 😍

All you need is green beans and 5 basic ingredients (plus oil and salt). Within minutes, you will have yourself a healthy, flavorful side dish! 😋

Pair it with all of your favorite Indo-Chinese or even regular Chinese foods and you will have a more balanced complete meal! 🍜
