Hey, have you ever heard of Golden Milk? The main ingredient and colouring component is turmeric. In Ayurvedic cuisine, this golden-yellow spice is said to have many beneficial qualities, such as an anti-inflammatory effect. In addition, “Golden Milk” is considered to be the perfect synovial fluid. It provides for mobile joints and breaks down calcium deposits. It is also said to clean the lungs and relieves the liver.⠀

1/2 tsp ground turmeric⠀
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon⠀
1/4 tsp ground cardamom⠀
1 tbsp maple syrup, optional⠀
a finger-wide piece of grated ginger
