✨Golden✨ carrot rice~

Carrot rice is a very delicious yet healthy recipe that can be served at any time of the day. It’s carrot season so I tried making carrot rice and they turned out to be yum!

Ingredients:
Carrot: 4 pieces
Onions: 2 pieces
Basmati rice: 1 + 1/4 cup (soaked)
Coriander (chopped)= 1/4 cup
Garlic= 5 cloves (crushed)
Chillies= 1 (crushed)
2 tsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp chopped almonds (roasted)
Salt
Pepper
Lemon= 1/2 piece
