Gluten Free Pan Borek!

I usually make this borek for breakfast. I’m exactly savoury person and looking for alternatives instead of bread. It is gluten free and super quick. Recipe is basic but you can add whatever you like. Cheese, leek, olives, green onions,…or plain. It couldn’t be more versatile!

Recipe👇🏻

🔸1 egg
🔸3 tbsp yogurt or dairy free milk
🔸3 tbsp flour ( buckwheat/ chickpea/ oat/ quinoa/ corn)
🔸1 tbsp olive oil
🔸Salt, black pepper, paprika, turmeric ( Your favorite spices)
🔸1/4 tsp baking soda and lemon to activate it.
🔸Sesame

Optional

🔸Sauteed leeks
🔸Farmer cheese and feta

Mix all ingredients. Add some oil into a pan. Sprinkle sesame on the bottom and pour the mixture into the pan. Cook over the low-heat. When you see small holes on it, upside down and cook until done.
