💜Gluten and Sugar free Banana Bread✨
~my Breakfast this morning was 2 slices Banan Bread with home-made raspberry chia jam , one organic apple, cinnamon and Goji berries

~in a bowl add:
•2 cups oat flour
•1 cup almond flour
•1 cup coconut flour
•1 tsp baking powder
•1 tsp xanthan gum
•3 spoons organic carob powder
•1 spoon organic cocoa powder
•1 tsp cinnamon
~mix everything
~ in another bowl add:
•3 mashed bananas
•1 shredded apple
•2-3 cups oat milk
•4 spoons maple syrup
•chia and flex egg(2 tsp chia and 2 tsp flax seed mixed with 4 tsp water)
•juice from one orange
~mix everything and add it to the other bowl with the dry ingredients
>I added everything to a baking tray to that I added coconut oil so that it doesn’t stick
~I also added some nut mix and pumpkin seeds
~bake it for 40-45 minutes at 190 degrees
>the jam: I added to a pot
~500 frozen raspberries
~maple syrup
~orange juice
after 10 minutes I added chia seeds 💚💕✨enjoy!
