Gingerbread protein snowball cookies β„οΈπŸŽ…πŸΌ with the limited edition gingerbread protein powder by @pranaon #gifted

.

✨This protein powder smells like CHRISTMAS with an INCREDIBLE gingerbread scent while also being true to its flavour. PranaOn has been killing it with their formulas and I highly rate them for all your protein/workout needs.

✨ These cookies are easy to make with minimal ingredients and tools required. This also reminded me of these Greek powdered cookies that my Greek neighbours used to make me when I was young. It was such a pleasant and unexpected nostalgic feeling when I first tasted these cookies.

✨ You can add ginger, cinnamon or nutmeg powder to these cookies for extra gingerbreadiness.

___

πŸ‘‰ Ingredients

1 cup flour
1 cup almonds, chopped finely
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup icing sugar + more for coating
1/2 cup Nuttelex
1/4 tsp salt
1.5 scoop gingerbread protein powder @pranaon

πŸ‘‰ Method

1. Preheat oven to 170C. In a mixing bowl, mix Nuttelex, salt, vanilla extract and powdered sugar together.
2. In a separate bowl, combine flour, chopped almonds and gingerbread protein powder. You can add more spices if desired (I didn’t).
3. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet.
4. Use your hands to further combine and form into balls.
5. Place balls on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes.
6. Let it cool before coating it in powdered sugar. I coated them a second time.
