1 can garbanzo beans (aka chickpeas)⁣
2 tbsp vegan mayonnaise ⁣
1 tbsp sriracha (more or less depending on your preference)⁣
1 tsp paprika ⁣
1 tsp garlic powder⁣
1/2 tsp salt⁣
1/4 tsp ground pepper⁣
Juice of 1 Lemon⁣

Spicy mayo: ⁣
1/2 cup vegan mayo
1-2 tbsp sriracha⁣
Juice of 1 lemon⁣
1 tsp garlic powder ⁣
1 tsp ground paprika ⁣
1 tbsp soy sauce⁣
Salt and pepper to taste ⁣

Other ingredients:⁣
Avocado, sliced⁣
Jalapeño or Serrano pepper, thinly sliced ⁣
Chili oil or chili pepper flakes ⁣
Fresh cilantro, chopped⁣
1/3 cup soy sauce
Avocado oil or sesame oil for pan frying ⁣
