A easy 25 minute meal! TAG YOUR PEOPLE! So easy to make this sauce and add it to anything you want✨

Teriyaki sauce:
4 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gf)
1 tbsp rice vinegar
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 inch piece fresh ginger (optional)
2 tbsp brown sugar or coconut sugar
Juice of 1 lime
1 tsp corn starch
2 tbsp sesame seeds

1 small Cauliflower head (if you have a bigger cauli make more sauce!)
2 green onions, thinly chopped, for garnish
1 tbsp avo oil

Preheat oven or air fryer to 400 degrees F. Begin by cutting your cauliflower into florets. Steam your cauliflower for 8-10 minutes or until softened. Then place cauliflower on a baking sheet, drizzle over 1 tbsp oil and a small pinch of salt, toss with hands… bake for 15 minutes until bits are charred! You can do this in an air fryer too! (at 400 degrees f).
2. In a bowl combine all sauce ingredients minus the ginger and garlic. In a pan over medium- low heat add 1 tsp oil then sauté onion and ginger for 2 minutes… turn down the heat all the way to low, in a small bowl or cup combine 1 tsp corn starch and 3 tbsp water. Mix then add teriyaki sauce to the garlic and ginger, followed by the cornstarch mixture. Mix, then cook on low heat for five minutes until thickened. Once your cauliflower is ready, toss into the sauce and serve with extra sesame seeds and green onions! I enjoyed with rice!
