Miso glazed mushrooms recipe 🌿

Ingredients:
3 cups mushrooms
1 medium red onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp tamari
3 tsp miso paste
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp maple syrup
3 tbsp water
1 tbsp cornstarch
.
Instructions:
Firstly, cook the mushrooms in a saucepan for around 10 minutes, until softened. Meanwhile, sauté the onion and the garlic in a different pan for 2-3 minutes, until softened, and prepare the sauce by stirring together the tamari, miso paste, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, water and cornstarch. Drain and rinse the mushrooms, add them to the onion together with the sauce and stir together for 2-3 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
