Friday dinner done right! Mac & Cheese with kale 😬

Ingredients:
•500g gluten free macaroni
•4 cloves garlic
•1 Tbsp mustard powder
•3 Tbsp salted butter
•3 Tbsp gluten free plain flour
•300ml single cream
•200ml milk
•250g mature cheddar grated
•80g kale chopped
•ground black pepper to taste
•olive oil

Recipe:
1. Preheat the oven to 200C fan
2. Boil the pasta for 3 minutes less than packet instructions, drain and pour olive oil so pasta doesn’t stick
3. Heat the butter in a saucepan, add the garlic and mustard powder. Cook for 1 minute
4. Add the flour to make a roux
5. Add the milk and cream, whisk until all the clumps are gone
6. Take the saucepan off the heat and add the cheddar cheese, stir until melted
7. Add the macaroni, kale and sauce into an oven proof dish
8. Place in oven and cook for 20 minutes
9. Serve with freshly ground black pepper
