FOOD STUFF ??
We’ve had frozen falafel in our fridge since probably before the pandemic began and I decided yesterday was the day to eat them.
Shockingly, they turned to ash in my air fryer.
Having already made my tahini dressing (1tbsp tahini, 1tsp lemon, ~tsp garlic powder, ~tsp cumin, salt, pepper, water to thin) and chopped cucumber/tomato/onion mix (similar to above but without tahini, less cumin, add onion powder and paprika (and a couple banana pepper rings)) I decided to soldier on with the wrap idea. My replacement was 1/2 medium sweet potato and 1/2 cup blackbeans. Since I so heavily seasoned both the tahini and cucumber salad I actually just cooked them both to softness and added a little salt.
Assemble: Tahini dressing on bottom, added some ceyanne pepper, spinach, cucumber mix, beans&potatoes, more dressing, rolled, cooked on both sides.
Done.

My friend left me some biscoff cookies and I decided to crumble one over my protein pudding ?
