Beetroot Hummus [email protected]

⏩ INGREDIENTS:

• 200 g fresh beetroot⠀
• 3 tbsp tahini⠀
• 1/2 cup water⠀
• 1 tbsp lemon juice⠀
• 250 g canned chickpeas⠀
• 2 tbsp olive oil⠀
• salt & pepper⠀

⏩INSTRUCTIONS:

1. cut the beetroot in half and boil for 10 minutes.⠀
2. place the beetroot in a food-processor and process until creamy.⠀
3. add in tahini, water and lemon juice and process for another 2 min.⠀
4. add in chickpeas, salt & pepper and process until creamy.⠀
5. top with olive oil & pepper and seeve with vegggies or bread.
