Vegamelon⠀⠀
berrylicious breakfast bento 🍓🍌 coffee chia overnight oats, banana, and berries — served in my @monbento box. the styling was inspired by @laurafruitfairy <3⠀⠀

recipe for the coffee oatmeal:⠀⠀
-3/4 cup rolled oats⠀⠀
-1 tbsp chia seeds⠀⠀
-1 cup plant-based milk⠀⠀
-1/4 cup brewed coffee⠀⠀
-1 tbsp maple syrup⠀⠀
-1 tbsp nut butter⠀⠀
-optional: 1 serving vegan protein powder (I used @nuzest)⠀⠀
In a jar, combine all the ingredients and let set in the fridge for 3+ hours. Mix again before serving & enjoy⠀⠀
