1/4 cup of uncooked bulgurβ €
1/4 cup Red Cabageβ €
1/3 cup Shredded Carrotβ €
1/3 cup Cucumber slicesβ €
5 pieces Cherry tomatoes β €
1/2 tsps Sesame Seedsβ €
5 ozs Tempehβ €

πŸ€“Instructions:β €
1⃣Add all the ingredients in the bowl. Season with fresh lime, pink salt and black pepper. You can also use homemade tahini sauce, be mindful on the dosage and plug it to my fitnesspal. β €

2⃣ For the tempeh: Preheat the oven on broil at 435 deg. Cut the tempeh into 1/2 inch slices. Put into bowl and marinate with Bragg’s amino, turmeric, paprika, and Herbes De Provence, and some sesame seeds. After about 10-15 minutes of marinating, place onto pan sprayed with coconut oil spray. Put on center rack and cook about 8 minutes per side. β €
