Recipe⁠

1 cup almond milk⁠

1 mashed ripe banana⁠

⅓ cup melted vegan butter⁠

¼ cup maple syrup⁠

4 tsp stevia in the raw⁠

½ tsp baking soda⁠

2 tsp baking powder⁠

1 ½ cups all purpose flour⁠

1 cup frozen wild blueberries⁠

1 Preheat oven to 400⁠

2 In a large bowl, mix together banana, almond milk, maple syrup, butter, stevia, baking soda, and baking powder.⁠

3 Mix in flour until just combined. Don’t over mix! Fold in the blueberries gently. Pour the batter into 12 lined muffin cups. I like to spray the liners with baking spray to make sure they don’t stick!⁠

4 Bake for 20-25 minutes⁠
