Mushroom & Kale Avocado Toast

Ingredients:
•Handful of Diced Portabella Mushrooms
•1 Sliced Tomato
•1 Large Haas Avocado
•Handful of Kale
•Garlic Powder
•Salt-Free Lemon Pepper Seasoning
•Coconut Aminos
•Olive Oil
•Pumpkin Seeds
•Everything but the Bagel Seasoning
•1 slice of Ancient Grain Bread

Directions:
1. Throw a handful of diced portabella mushrooms into a pan with some olive oil, garlic powder, salt-free lemon pepper seasoning, and coconut aminos. 2. Sauté until mushrooms are glazed and browned. Add in your handful of kale and add some more garlic powder. Sauté until kale has cooked down.
3. Toast your bread until golden brown.
4. In a bowl, mash your avocado with a dash of garlic powder.
5. Add your mashed avocado onto your toast. On top of your avocado add two slices of tomato. After adding your tomatoes, add your mushroom & kale mixture, and then top with pumpkin seeds and everything but the bagel seasoning. Enjoyyyy!!
