Finally, we did it!
I’ve seen all of the Alfredo Sauces.
“Creamy”, “Vegan”, “Keto”, “Paleo”. Etc.
But I’ve yet to see one Low-Fat &/or Oil-Free.
Mainly because the fat source is what gives Alfredo Sauce it’s hearty flavor & thick creamy texture.
This one is for anyone out their following a lower fat/calorie & or plant-based diet!
Recipe👇 –Cauliflower Alfredo Sauce–
2 cups steamed cauliflower

1/4–1/3 cup plant-based milk

2 cloves roasted garlic

1 tablespoon nutritional yeast

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/4 teaspoon ground pepper

•1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

•1/2 teaspoon garlic & onion powder

• 1 tablespoon of Dijon Mustard (or mustard of your choice)

**Add All Ingredients To A Blender & Process Until Smooth. Refrigerate Sauce While You Prepare Your Pasta & Veggies. Stir In At The Last 5 Minutes Of Cooking & Serve!**

This dish can be made higher/lower carb depending on the veggies & pasta you go with. But THERE ARE NO RULES IN MY KITCHEN. GO Crazy & Most Importantly Have Fun!
