Farfalle pasta with butternut squash jerk sauce. Hey hey hey y’all! Happy Friday! I hope everyone is staying safe, healthy, and happy out there. For tonight’s dinner I made a vegan butternut squash jerk veggie pasta. I’ve been craving some Rasta pasta, but I also wanted to incorporate some kind of traditional fall dish as well and came up with this! I used yellow, and orange peppers and asparagus that I marinated with the jerk sauce, and a container of Trader Joe’s butternut squash soup to make the sauce. I can definitely see myself using this sauce on fish or poultry as well. If you are a fan of jerk and butternut squash I highly recommend you try out this recipe.
