FALAFEL NOURISH BOWL😍

I love myself some falafels and especially in a bowl like this. It’s pretty much my go to for lunch or dinner when I don’t know what to make. These falafels are a bit fall inspired as well, as I added some pumpkin purée to them. They turned out really good! My mom almost ate the whole batch at once. I hope you guys will love them too❤️❤️

Falafels:
Chickpeas 90g
Butter beans 230g
Tahini 25g
Dried lentils 66g
Spinach 30g
Edamame 80g
Onion 70g
Garlic 6g (2 cloves)
Basil 7g
Tofu 280g
Flax meal 20g
Chickpea flour 35g
Quinoa dry 30g
Pumpkin purée 50g
Salt 1tsp
Pepper 1tsp
Paprika powder 1tsp
Cumin 1tsp
Garlic salt 1tsp
A pinch cayenne pepper
(Add more spices if you want)

Put all the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend until evenly combined and halfway smooth (you want it to be a bit chunky, don’t over mix). Once blended enough, form even balls. The recipe makes for a big batch 20-30 falafels depending on the size you make them. Place your falafel balls on a lined baking tray. Leave them as is or push them down slightly. Bake them in the oven for about 15 minutes at 200c. Enjoy warm or cold❤️❤️
