Vegan Panna Cotta in raspberry and @hikofoods #plumbutter
:
2 cans of coconut milk ( I used the one in the carton) instead of cans
3 Tbsp coconut sugar
1/4 tsp almond essence
A tiny, less than a pinch of salt
1 tbs agar agar powder

Heat coconut milk with sugar, stir, bring to a boil on medium heat
Add agar agar, stir and let boil till thickened. Add almond essence and stir
Taste and adjust ingredients as necessary
Let it cool down then pour into mold and refrigerate

Raspberry drizzle

1 cup raspberries fresh or frozen
1 Tbsp @hikofoods plum butter 1 tbsp coconut sugar
1/4 tsp finely grated lemon rind
2tbsp water
I mashed and mixed with a fork
