Chilli ingredients-
@nakedgloryuk mince
1x onion, chopped
1x pepper, chopped
5 mushrooms, chopped
3x garlic cloves, minced
Tin chopped toms
120g tomato puree
Small tin kidney beans, drained
Small tin baked beans
Vegan ‘beef’ oxo cube
Square of bourneville
200 ml water
Heaped tsp smoked paprika
Tsp cumin
Tsp chilli powder
Tsp oregano
Pinch smoked salt

Method-
-Heat a glug of oil up, add onions and cook for a few mins, add pepper, mushrooms & garlic, cook for a few mins.
-add all spices to the pan and cook for 1 min then add the mince and fry for 5 mins
– add in the stock cube, tomatoes, beans, kidney beans, tomato puree, water and chocolate.
– season with the smoked salt and pepper if desired, cook down for around 10 mins- add more water if it dries out.

Transfer to a large dish, top with mash potato (I did half sweet & half regular potato as I think it goes well with the chilli) then top with the new vegan @mexicanacheese which is so good🤤🌶🧀 and bake at 200 for around 20 to 30 mins!
