Tonight’s dinner was extremely easy ( lazy if you will because I really didn’t feel like cooking. ) tonight’s meal consisted of zucchini burger, Brown Rice with Black Beans, and of course, Broccoli.

✨Zucchini Burger
1 while zucchini (chopped)
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 large egg
(Also include any seasoning you like on a burger)

☀️mix all ingredients together until mixture is consistent. On a prepped skillet. Place one cups mixture on the pan, press down with a spatula, cover and let cook on 5 for 15-20 minutes each side.
Once complete, immediately transfer to plate and top to your liking.

The other items are pretty much self explanatory but let me know if you are interested in my black bean recipe.
