Easy Vegan Raspberry Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

Vibrant and colorful vegan raspberry vinaigrette is an easy yet elegant choice to serve on a nutty or fruity salad, and is a popular choice with a spinach salad. Many salad dressings add flavor through herbs or saltiness (or are artificially sweetened with a ton of high fructose corn syrup), so the tangy and slightly sweet taste of raspberry vinaigrette is a nice change. Ingredients

1) 1/2 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)

2) 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

3) 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 2 teaspoons sugar 1 tablespoon dijon mustard

4) 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Steps to Make It

1) Gather the ingredients.

2) Add all the ingredients, except oil to a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.

3) Slowly add in the oil until well combined.

4) Transfer your salad dressing to a glass bottle for storage (mason jars work well), and shake it up just before serving.
