Easy vegan Japanese-style breakfast or lunch to help you pretend you’re travelling Japan 😍 It looks super complicated, but it’s really easy to make from mostly supermarket ingredients ☺️

🍄Maitake from @smithy_mushrooms fried in soy sauce
🍄@tofooco tofu from @tescofood fried in the same pan after removing mushrooms, then crisped in the oven
🍄@clearspringuk instant miso soup from @japancentre but you can also find similar in supermarkets 👍
🍄Wakame and sesame seed rice, rice & topping from @japancentre
🍄Pickled radish and cucumber from @japancentre but you can use pickles from a supermarket
🍄Frozen spinach from @tescofood steamed and added to a sauce made from soy sauce, sushi vinegar, and tahini

Super quick to make, if your rice is already cooked it takes maybe 15mins to cook the rest and any leftovers you can use for bento 🤤🍙 Will you try it?
