Easy Vegan Burgers-⠀

What you’ll need:⠀

Red kidney beans 2 cups (cooked,rinsed,strained)⠀
oat flour 1/4 cup (or use spelt)⠀
soy sauce x 3 tsp ⠀
paprika 2 tsp⠀
garlic x 1 clove (chopped finely)⠀
spring onion x 1(chopped finely)⠀
fresh parsley x 2 tsp (chopped finely)⠀

What to do:⠀

Use a fork to mash all the ingredients together until combined ⠀
fry in a little olive oil on a pan at medium high heat for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.⠀
Alternatively cook in a preheated oven at 190C/380F for 10 – 15 minutes⠀

Serve in a vegan bun with your favourite toppings..⠀
